Dinner for 8 People – Well known local chef and owner of Olivetto’s Paul Newsham will cook a delicious three course meal for 8 people in your own home. The food, 6 bottles of wine and Paul’s expertise have been generously donated for your pleasure.

MENU
• Entrée: Olivetto’s signature Twice baked sand crab soufflé with crab bisque, crème fraiche and watercress
• Main: a beautiful wagyu dish Slow cooked wagyu shin shank with garlic and chive potato gratin, roasted root vegetables and red wine sauce
• Dessert: Olivetto’s favourite Hot sticky date pudding soufflé with butterscotch sauce and vanilla bean ice cream
• Conditions: Not available on Saturday nights, must be used in the Brisbane metro area by 30 September.
• Wine donated by Chalk and Cheese
• Food donated by Olivettos, Milton Fruit Bowl, Cardinal Seafoods and Chefs Partner
